How this site makes money, in plain terms.
Today: no affiliate links
As of September 27, 2026, every link to an outfitter on this site is a direct link. We are not paid when you click it, and we are not paid when you book.
Every outfitter who holds a permit to run overnight trips on a river is listed on that river's page, whether or not we earn anything from them.
If affiliate links are added
An affiliate link pays the site a commission when you book through it. It does not change the price you pay the outfitter. If we add affiliate links, this page will be updated the same day to say which outfitters they are with, and the about page will say so too.
How outfitter links are marked
All outfitter links carry the sponsored and nofollow tags that tell search engines a link may be commercial. We use them on every outfitter link from the start, so the markup does not change later without notice.
What we do not do
- Run, guide or sell trips
- Publish reviews, ratings or testimonials
- Take payment to be listed
Prices and dates
Prices are the lowest listed rate on each outfitter's site on the date shown. Outfitters set their own prices and dates, so confirm them when you book. Questions go to hello@overnightraftingtrips.com.
